FOOD COURT SEATING

The Government of Ontario is implementing a vaccination passport system as of September 22, 2021. Proof of vaccination will be required to access the seating areas of our food court at Dixie Outlet Mall

Please note the seating area within our Food Court will be cordoned off, and our Security guards will be validating visitors' proof of vaccination, along with government issued photo ID, to ensure that guests planning to use the seating are adequately protected. Limited exceptions: medical exemptions, children under 12 years old

Please note that proof of vaccination does not apply to those individuals picking up takeout food or for shopping in the mall/retail stores.

STEP 3

We are very pleased to welcome you back to Dixie Outlet Mall! The Government of Ontario has announced their plan on moving the Region of Peel into Step 3. Businesses are allowed to reopen with increased capacity. We have been working with our teams and retailers to ensure you have a safe and comfortable shopping experience with us.

MALL CAPACITY

We are actively monitoring our mall capacity as health and safety is our first priority for our customers, employees and clients. To comply with the Ontario Step 3 O.Reg. 364/20 we will be monitoring capacity of the shopping centre using our Traffic Management System.

The maximum capacity for each store will be posted on the store front. Each store will be actively monitoring and managing their line ups.

If the shopping centre reaches maximum capacity, security staff will be positioned at certain entrances to close them for access. We will then need to operate on a one-out, one-in system. Security staff will be monitoring line ups to ensure that social distancing is being maintained at all times.

It also does not apply if the individual meets any of the exemptions outlined by the provincial government and can provide written documentation stating that they are exempt.
